When it comes to having sales conversations - do any of these thoughts sound familiar?
“I can't do this”
“I don’t want to do this”
“This won’t work for me”
“My audience doesn’t like to be sold to”
If you have - keep reading!!!!
All of these thoughts are pretty common. But common doesn’t create astonishing results. If you want to grow your business - you absolutely must grow your thinking.
A positive mindset leads to a positive outcome - you’re with me on this, right?

Let’s take cooking for example - if you enjoy it, you’re probably watching Top Chef or the Great British Baking Show on Netflix and then trying new things every week, practicing and getting better.
BUT if you have a general distaste for cooking, you’re probably ordering Thai takeout or making Mac and Cheese. Which is totally fine, but not helpful when it comes to learning how to make delicious, or even edible, dinners.

When you truly love something you effortlessly put everything you’ve got into it. You’re willing to get on board and go for the ride, even if it's a bumpy one.
Whether sales come extremely easy for you, and you just so happen to be naturally good, it’s easier to get better because you’re willing to learn and practice.
But if you’re like most business owners, and you find yourself dreading sales conversations - you’re in a bit of a pickle. You’ll struggle to experiment, learn and get better at it until you can find a way to think about it differently.
This week - I’m sharing a 3 step process to help you start thinking like a sales ace (even if you currently loathe sales). This isn’t a fake it until you make it strategy. It’s about being real and honest and so you create a lasting sales mindset that drives you forward.
